To have found someone like Bai Lan has been my dream. She knows & understands the muscle structure of the body more than the average person. I have had private instructors & attended other studios where I always got into trouble with doing the positions wrong, resulting in problems with my back. In finding out Bai Lan's background, I now understand why she is so much more educated on anatomy. She takes the time to make sure what you do works for your body. I have accomplished my goal by having a very strong core & strength, where I was once weak. Will always appreciate what she has done for me, taught me & continue to give me.
