Modern Dance - This class will focus on finding the center of the body, falling and recovery, freedom of expression, and connecting with emotions through movement. We will touch on traditional techniques of modern dance, including Horton and Limon, as well as more contemporary styles. Includes works from the modern and contemporary dance repertoire.
MasterStretch is an exercise program utilizing a simple device and a methodology designed to move your body's center of gravity back and forth through a controlled rocking movement of the ankles and legs.
