Born in Hohote, Inner Mongol province, PRC, Bai Lan was selected to attend the National Ballet school of China at the age of 11. She became an International Principle Dancer and danced professionally for 22 years. In that time, she received awards at the International Ballet Competition in Varna, Bulgaria in 1986, and awards at the first Chinese Ballet Competition in 1985. Upon immigrating to the USA in 1988, Bai Lan performed with several different American companies.
Bai Lan has years of Classical Ballet performance experience, along with all the training and teaching methodology. In addition, she has been highly trained and certified in Pilates, Masterstretch, Body Key, Core-Align, and a variety of other fitness techniques designed to strengthen, tone, align and rehabilitate the human body. She continues her education at seminars around the country. She has successfully rehabilitated many clients with varying issues after injuries and surgeries. After many years of teaching and training clients, she is still enthusiastic about her work and looking forward to her next new adventure.

Ashley Wallace Schimek has years of training in ballet, tap, jazz, theatre dance, and partnering. She also has years of dance teaching experience. She graduated Suma Cum Laude from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of performing Arts in Dance. Her coursework included dance pedagogy and anatomy and physiology for dancer. She has been based out of NYC for four years and continued training at Broadway Dance Center and on Broadway. Ashley has performed performed professional with Celebrity Cruise line, and in Broadway Christmas Wonderland at the Tokyo Theatre Orb in Tokyo, Japan.
Jessica Barber was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She began studying ballet at the age of 13 after competing nationally as a figure skater, training under the direction of Roman Jasinski, Matthew Bridwell, Ronnie Underwood, and Bai Lan. Ms. Barber attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City to continue her education and worked with Paula Webber, Ronald Tice, DeeAnn Hiett and Tobin James. After one year at UMKC, Ms. Barber accepted a trainee position with Oklahoma City Ballet and was promoted to studio company the following year. While at Oklahoma City Ballet Ms. Barber preformed in production of Swan Lake, Robert Mill's The Nutcracker, The Little Mermaid, and performed as a guest artist with Tulsa Dance company and Osage Ballet. While dancing with OKC Ballet, Ms.Barber completed her degree in Multimedia Arts with a minor in Spanish from the University of Oklahoma under the advisement of professors from both the school dance and journalism. Following her time at OKC Ballet, Ms. Barber accepted a company Artist position with Ballet Frontier of Texas. Under the direction of Mr.Chung Lin Tseng. Ms. Barber has performed corps de ballet and soloist roles in Carnival of The animals, The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Mozart K379, La Sylphide and other Various works by Mr.Tseng. Ms. Barber is currently dancing with Ballet Frontier and will perform in Giselle, Sleeping Beauty and the Nutcracker during the 2021/2022 season.
Kim Downing received her certification from the Physical Mind Institute in 2010 and has been a lifelong student of ballet. Kim is a former figure skater and also served as a judge for the US Figure Skating Association. Kim loves yoga, dancing, and outdoor sports and is currently a Pilates Mat Instructor at Bai Lan Studio.
