About Bai Lan

Born in Hohote, Nel Mongol province, PRC, Bai Lan was selected to attend the Nation Ballet school of China at the age of 11. She became an International Principle Dancer and danced professionally for 22 years. In that time she received awards at the International Ballet competition, Varna Bulgaria 1986, and awards at the first Chinese Ballet Competition, 1985. Upon immigrating to the USA in 1988, Bai Lan performed with several different American Companies.  Bai Lan has years of Classical Ballet performance experience, along with all the training and teaching methodology. In addition, she has been highly trained and certified in Pilates, Masterstretch, Elvis, and a variety of other fitness tools and techniques designed to strengthen, tone, align, and rehabilitate the human body.
